Help U.S. companies hire vetted remote software developers—fast. F5 Hiring Solutions places full-time developers (Java, React, Node, Python, QA, DevOps, AI) and handles all HR/payroll/compliance. This is a commission-only role with uncapped monthly residuals; earn more as your accounts add seats. Compensation Commission-Only (1099). $200/month per active developer seat you close; paid monthly while active. Uncapped. No clawbacks after 60 days. Tier bonuses at 10/20/30 seats. (Examples are illustrative, not guaranteed: 5 seats → $1,000/mo; 15 seats → $3,000/mo; 30 seats → $6,000/mo.) Responsibilities • Build pipeline via LinkedIn, email, and phone. • Run discovery, coordinate fast shortlists, present, negotiate, and close. • Work with client success to expand seats and renew. • Keep clean CRM notes and weekly activity metrics. Requirements • 2+ years B2B sales (staffing/IT services/SaaS preferred). • Hunter mindset; consistent outbound and follow-through. • Comfortable with CTO/Engineering and HR/Finance stakeholders. • Organized in a CRM; coachable. Technical fluency is a plus. Job Details Independent Contractor (1099), Commission-Only. Remote; must overlap at least 3 hours/day with U.S. time zones. Flexible schedule.
