Job Description Title: Resource Delivery Specialist (remote home office based) Entry Level – New Grads are encouraged to apply! Reports to: Client Delivery Manager Position Overview: Seeking a self-motivated and disciplined individual who enjoys a competitive environment. Work involves sourcing, screening, recruiting, preparing, and submitting candidates for various IT positions including long term senior IT roles, short term IT projects, and high-volume IT technician programs. The right individual will have solid interaction experience to coordinate activities with other company teams and assigned client contacts. The Resource Delivery Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring we source the best possible talent for our clients. This is a high paced environment that involves individual and team goal setting, incentives for strong results and merit-based advancement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: · Talent Acquisition: o Learn the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and starting the onboarding process for candidates. o Complete comprehensive training program working with our experienced recruiting team · Job Postings: o Develop and manage job descriptions for IT positions, ensuring they align with the requirements of hiring managers. o Post effective job descriptions to relevant platforms; use internal database and various online sources / portals to identify resources for staffing assignments, projects and service requests · Candidate Management: o Oversee the candidate experience from initial contact through to hiring, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. o Evaluate resumes, call and screen potential candidates, select individuals that have the necessary experience to perform requested work. o Present / Submit resumes of the most suitable candidates to the Client Delivery Manager for further action. o Manage candidates throughout the client interview process (prepare candidate resume and supporting documents, prep candidate for interviews, arrange telephone, video, or in-person interviews) o Keep track of applicant progress as well as keep applicants informed on the process and progress o Negotiate, present offer, and close selected candidate. Monitor email, text, messaging communications from candidates, managers and team for quick action · Stakeholder Engagement: o Work closely with Business Development and Client Delivery Managers to understand job requirements, provide recruitment updates, and address any concerns. o Participate in planning calls and meetings. Communicate / escalate any issue / potential issue to proper parties · Process Improvement: o Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. o Develop and maintain a network of key talent potentially available for immediate hire o Develop knowledge related to client needs to effectively target recruitment resources in a professional and efficient manner · Reporting: o Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. o Perform data entry of all actions, notes, and other details for each assignment using designated tools. o Maintain and update various Excel and Google reporting methods Qualifications: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. o Customer facing skills/experience working with the public, phone skills, customer service o Strong Follow-up - understands task ownership and overcoming challenges to ensure success o Understands priorities & how to re-prioritize tasks o Team player, positive attitude under pressure, can build relationships o A competitive mindset to achieve high results and individual / company goals o Excellent written & oral communication with attention to detail for data input / tracking and reporting o Able to understand and master recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Monster, Zip-Recruiter, etc. o Experience with MS Office, primarily Excel and Word o Experience with Google Suite – primarily Sheets, Gmail o Motivated to work on many assignment with challenging expectations o Strong multi-tasking skills & fast learner o Ability to work well with team, partners, Project Coordinators & Client Managers o Focused and able to work independently from remote home office o Willingness to learn and take direction but also offer input and ideas Preferred Skills: o Experience with recruitment o Knowledge of current IT trends and technologies including AI o An associate or bachelor’s degree o Desire to continue learning through classes, workshops What You Will Receive: o Competitive salary plus commissions o Company laptop & phone to work remotely o Access to medical insurance, vision, dental, group & individual life insurance, discount programs & 401k retirement plan. o Unlimited PTO for those who qualify o Vacation bonus once eligible o Weekly commissions o Training and career growth F2OnSite is an equal opportunity employer.
