Address: Texas The Product Manager Store Experience Innovation will be responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of in-store systems that make every customer interaction smooth and every employee's day better. This role focuses on our Point of Sale (POS) system and other business-critical technologies, such as AI that power our stores across the U.S. and Latin America. This role is the bridge between big-picture vision and day-to-day reality, turning operational challenges into innovative solutions that set new standards for speed, simplicity, and satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Product Strategy & Vision - Collaborate to define and execute the roadmap for store technology systems • Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner across teams such as Operations, IT, Legal/Compliance, Asset Protection, Store teams, and more. • Requirements Management - Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications • Change Management - Lead smooth deployments that feel like welcome upgrades • Performance Optimization - Use data to drive improvements in store efficiency and customer satisfaction • Deliver what matters - Take ownership of the existing POS and in-store systems roadmap, driving iterative releases that improve speed, simplicity, and satisfaction for our teams and customers. • Keep the roadmap fresh and exciting - Prioritize features that supercharge store efficiency, delight users, and tap into new tech like AI-powered product recognition, generative tools, predictive insights, smarter customer service, and intelligent inventory management. • Bring people together - Collaborate with store operations, IT, compliance, and design to turn big ideas into detailed, actionable requirements. • Simplify the Complex - Craft crystal-clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria that ensure dev teams deliver exactly what’s needed. • Partner with UX/UI designers - Partner with UX/UI pros to create experiences that store staff actually love using. • Listen, measure, improve - Track feature adoption, collect feedback, and use store performance data to fine-tune our tools. • Champion smooth rollouts – Guide deployments and change management in a way that feels more like a welcome upgrade than a disruption. • Keep it secure – Work with Legal, Compliance, and Asset Protection teams to ensure every feature meets the highest standards for security, privacy, and compliance. • Think global, act local – Coordinate with teams across the U.S., Mexico, and Guatemala to keep everyone aligned and excited about what’s next. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles such as product manager, product owner, or business analyst • Experience using Agile in product development • Experience with Point-of-Sale systems • Previous experience in the pawn or financial industry is a plus • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, product design, engineering, computer science, or a related field EZCORP is an Equal Opportunity Employer We are looking for Team Members to lead the way today and to step into greater roles tomorrow.
