The Director, Enterprise Marketing is a strategic, outcomes-driven B2B marketing leader who will help us accelerate sales pipeline growth and acquire new Enterprise decision makers. This role will be instrumental in driving growth at ezCater, leading a comprehensive strategy across Account Based Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing for our Enterprise products and services. You and your team are accountable for generating qualified pipeline, attracting and nurturing opportunities, and expanding share of wallet within Corporate Accounts. As a key partner to Sales and Product, you’ll increase pipeline velocity, elevate sales effectiveness, and shape our Enterprise go-to-market to maximize demand capture in 2026 and beyond. What You'll Do: Lead and inspire a team of B2B marketers to deliver against audacious goals Drive a comprehensive marketing strategy across Demand Generation, Account Based Marketing, and Product Marketing Partner with our in-house performance marketing team to scale our pipeline contribution through a multi-channel demand generation engine (ABM, content, paid media, direct mail, and SEM), testing into new media channels, deploying web CRO tests, and identifying high-impact growth levers Collaborate with our Lifecycle Marketing team to identify and deploy account-based activation and expansion programs within our managed accounts Work with cross-functional stakeholders to influence and drive the Enterprise GTM strategy Partner with the sales team to increase sales velocity and effectiveness, delivering programs that support our BDR and AE teams Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication on our Enterprise marketing strategy Accelerate our ability to see and analyze which marketing efforts are delivering results, in collaboration with Analytics and Marketing Ops What You Have: 10+ years in building and scaling B2B marketing programs, ideally in roles of increasing responsibility, preferably for tech solutions Proven success in building a sales pipeline via integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, and a track record of successful collaboration with sales and product teams Fluency in Account Based Marketing strategy, execution, and measurement Ability to roll up your sleeves and dig in when needed A healthy amount of customer empathy and the ability to understand (and explain to others) the unique roles and motivations in our B2B buying process Strong leadership experience, including managing people and cross-functional initiatives Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills A “figure it out” mentality that drives you to take ownership in the face of ambiguity. The national cash compensation range for this role is $187,000-$260,000* *Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above.
