About the Role Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team is rapidly expanding, and as a Senior Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering that growth. By working with a diverse range of clients across various industries, you will enhance your career by effectively communicating creative, strategic goals both internally and externally. Listening to and understanding our clients is key to providing them with an exceptional experience, as our solutions are not one-size-fits-all. Your Responsibilities This role offers the chance to tackle unique challenges with each project. You will need to think critically and innovate to resolve complex finance and controllership issues. Additionally, you'll collaborate with colleagues across different service lines, identifying opportunities to leverage our collective knowledge for the benefit of our clients. Regular travel will be part of your role, allowing you to engage with some of the most respected clients in their fields. Skills and Attributes for Success • Consult with clients on intricate accounting matters. • Collaborate with partners and clients to influence strategic decisions while balancing risks and expectations. • Ensure deep understanding of clients’ unique needs and ambitions. • Build strong relationships across service lines to deliver integrated solutions. • Manage performance and seek opportunities to enhance our offerings. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, with 8+ years experience in auditing at a public accounting firm. • US CPA licensure in your state of work. • Strong technical writing skills and advanced knowledge in risk management. • Comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, along with the relevant terminology, processes, and tools. • Proven track record in managing, mentoring, and enhancing a team of high-performing individuals. • Confidence in researching and resolving emerging issues related to regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Ideal Additional Qualifications • A master's degree in accounting, finance, or business. • External audit experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
