The opportunity The Global Assurance Managed Services (MS) Chief of Staff role is crucial in driving strategic initiatives and supporting the execution of the vision and goals of the practice. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to the Global Assurance MS leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. The Chief of Staff will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, ensuring that various stakeholders are aligned with our strategic objectives. Your key responsibilities The Global Assurance MS Chief of Staff will support the Global Assurance MS leadership team with the development and execution of the practice and firm’s strategic plans. This role will specifically engage with leaders across various regions and solutions to understand needs and support the tracking and monitoring of developed strategies for market success. The Chief of Staff will drive strategic investment initiatives and support the development of policies and processes to ensure alignment with the firm’s overall strategy The Chief of Staff will be responsible for driving execution of our Assurance MS strategic plans. In addition to execution, this role will be responsible for driving effective teaming, identifying challenges, and presenting thoughtful solutions to challenges. The role will be primarily remote with opportunities to travel for strategy meetings or support client interactions. Skills and attributes for success What we look for: To qualify for the role you must have: Over 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate setting, or over 15 years of experience in industry with experience managing teams Strong Strategic Planning experience Strong Communication and Change Management experience Strong business technology experience such as development of business analytics and implementation and use of business tools Supervision Responsibilities: Teaming will be expected throughout this role, with multiple stakeholders to support and enable. The role will be expected to act independently in the execution of the strategy, collaborating across the global team There will be a small team that will support with the operational elements of the role, likely to be based within our global delivery services. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $121,500 to $233,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $145,700 to $265,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
