About the Opportunity In the EY-Parthenon Strategy and Execution segment, the Deal Management team engages in complex, high-profile global transactions across various client industries. Our seasoned professionals possess extensive knowledge in operations, enabling us to provide clients with invaluable insights on managing transitions, identifying value enhancement opportunities, and advising on risk mitigation strategies. Your Role and Responsibilities As a Director in the Deal Management practice, you will play a crucial role in leading operational-focused projects that span multiple sectors. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing project teams and collaborating with colleagues from various EY-Parthenon service lines. • Driving business development initiatives through client presentations and strategic meetings. • Contributing to the development of our practice while ensuring a positive and rewarding work environment. • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to effectively advise on strategic decision-making. • Enhancing your skills and knowledge to foster your professional growth. Qualifications To qualify for this role, you should have: • A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics, along with 5 years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree and 3 years of relevant experience. An MBA is preferred. • Significant management consulting experience, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and carve-outs, with a demonstrated ability for both qualitative and quantitative analysis. • Proficiency in leading projects in complex business environments, making informed assessments about technology and operations. • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, with the capability to forge lasting relationships across all levels. • The willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed. Preferred Skills • A proven track record in mergers and acquisitions. • Experience with large professional services firms. • Established networking capabilities within relevant industries. Our comprehensive compensation package rewards your performance, with a base salary ranging from $205,000 to $235,000 based on experience and location.
