Why we’re hiring: Customer questions are becoming more technical — especially around lithium battery purchases, installs, controllers, and compatibility. Many are working on their first major upgrade and need real guidance, not just tracking updates. We’re adding a second full-time support specialist who understands how golf carts work, can help troubleshoot with confidence, but can also guide customers to what’s best for them and their golf cart needs. This job requires: ✅ You’ve installed a lithium battery, controller, or motor on a golf cart ✅ You enjoy taking complex concepts and simplifying them for customers ✅ You’re comfortable solving problems over the phone and by email ✅ You enjoy recommending products to best fit customer needs What you’ll do (daily): · Take ~30–40 inbound calls: install issues, compatibility checks, and part recommendations · Respond to ~20–40 emails: troubleshooting, pre & post order customer questions · Review returns and warranty issues: collect photos, verify problems, issue replacements/refunds · Use internal tools to check SKU specs, cart model compatibility, and inventory · Regularly be on the lookout for subpar products & processes so we, as a team, can always be improving experiences for customers You need to be good at: · Being passionate about golf cart parts, as customers regularly seek your guidance for what to buy · Talking to both beginners and pros without being condescending or vague · Reading and explaining spec sheets and product instructions · Staying organized — you’ll be juggling dozens of open threads at once Who this job won’t work for: · People who don’t enjoy talking to people and solving problems · People who need scripts to handle technical questions · People who don’t like customer service and only want to do technical troubleshooting Requirements: · Hands-on golf cart experience (battery, controller, or motor install experience required) · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Comfortable learning tools like Shopify, Gorgias, and Excel · Stable internet and a quiet workspace Schedule: · Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST (some flexibility possible) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • Paid time off Application Question(s): • Tell us about your experience with golf carts.
