Extreme Arts and Sciences is expanding! We are looking for a Project Manager residing in the US who is a master at getting stuff done. The Project Manager will be expected to follow projects from inception to completion, assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of the workflow. At EAS, juggling multiple projects with skill and flair is a way of life; the Project Manager will be expected to manage multiple projects at the same time without sacrificing the quality of work. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the project scope, timeline, operating budget, assets, resource management and overall quality of the deliverables. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing and has a strong intuitive understanding of timing, messaging, marketing, and design. This person is a natural leader and enjoys participating in creative brainstorming and concept meetings, bringing energy and fun into their work. This person excels when it comes to providing exceptional service and building trust with clients as well as the creative and technology teams. The Project Manager is expected to protect the integrity of the creative while ensuring all client expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Role and Responsibilities: • Work closely with creative and technology teams to develop project scope and timelines. • Responsible for effective communication with account manager and clients, creative and development team • Work with project leads and provide appropriate strategic thinking in all project phases. • Work closely with teams to ensure projects are delivered on message, on time, on budget • Complete management of the delivery, feedback and revision process • Make suggestions and understand when requested revisions may interfere with the quality of the deliverable • Edit, document and communicate revisions to design team in an easily digestible manner • Work with publishers and project teams to understand and effectively communicate technical development specs • Work directly with other Project Managers to understand resource availability and plan resources effectively • Assist in new account pitches when necessary • Schedule and attend project-related meetings • At the completion of a project, write case studies to summarize and coordinate with internal marketing efforts. Requirements: • Experience working at or with an advertising agency, marketing firm, creative services, or interactive agency or equivalent experience • Experience in a client facing/ client management role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Strong relationship building skills • High energy and a self-starter • Highly values the importance of sound technical development and QA • Familiarity of capabilities of the creative applications and processes a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, HTML5, 3D rendering, etc.) • * Please no Ai written resumes.
