Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Member Relationship Manager to lead the development and nurturing of strong relationships with our valued members. In this role, the incumbent will direct lending and deposit functions to meet established goals for service, sales, productivity, and quality of work. You will assist in planning, directing, and coordinating the development of lending and new account policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. The incumbent will also assist in the directing of lending activity to meeting Credit Union goals and objectives. Essential Functions & Responsibilities • Oversee lending and deposit functions and manage staff to ensure the Credit Union meets established goals and objectives; keep the staff motivated and moral high; conduct performance appraisals. Support underwriting. Perform as part of the Credit Committee. • Oversee and evaluate products and procedures and implement changes. Maintain system solutions for business issues to enhance service delivery. • Prepare periodic financial, lending, and operations reports for management. Ensure accuracy and completeness of information. Analyzes loan data reports for corrective actions. • Oversee the residential loan process and maintain knowledge of and adherence to Extra Credit Union's internal mortgage compliance policies and procedures. Take responsibility to keep up-to-date with changing regulations and policies in the industry. • Coordinate consumer loan and deposit training and education for the staff including policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. Provide service and sales support, training, coaching, recognition, and subordinate development to staff. • Work with information systems to coordinate processing needs. Knowledge and Skills • Three to five years of similar or related experience • A two-year college degree or equivalent training & education • Motivating and influencing others, fostering relationship; trust and diplomacy • Proven track record of selling and servicing loans • Working knowledge of regulations affecting consumer lending • Good communication and supervisory skills • Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software, ability to use a PC and general office equipment including a 10-key calculator Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
