Description: • Support the accuracy, integrity, and usability of financial data at Extend • Take ownership of key data processes such as obligor reporting and financial reconciliations • Partner with Finance and other cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven insights • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance reporting and analytics workflows • Build and maintain clear, insightful dashboards to track key financial and operational metrics • Build and enhance data pipelines and data architecture in partnership with Data Engineering using tools like DBT, Snowflake, JIRA, and GitHub • Lead efforts to improve financial data integrity through appropriate tools and governance • Surface actionable insights and improve reporting infrastructure Requirements: • 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, ideally within tech or fintech environments • Strong foundational knowledge of finance and accounting concepts; accounting or audit experience is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a plus • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences • Proficient in SQL, with experience querying large datasets and performing end-to-end financial analyses • Self-motivated and proactive; able to drive meaningful work independently • Collaborative team player with empathy, humility, and a willingness to learn from others Benefits: • Working with a great team from diverse backgrounds in a collaborative and supportive environment. • Competitive salary based on experience, with full medical and dental & vision benefits. • Stock in an early-stage startup growing quickly. • Generous, flexible paid time off policy. • 401(k) with Financial Guidance from Morgan Stanley.
