Overview We are seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Receptionist / Front Desk Associate to support daily operations in our boutique. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage incoming calls and inquiries, oversee appointment logistics, and assist with administrative and operational tasks that keep the store running smoothly. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable in a luxury retail environment—without performing sales or styling duties. Responsibilities • Greet clients warmly and check them in for appointments and walk-ins • Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally, following boutique etiquette • Manage the appointment schedule, including booking, confirming, and updating client information • Operate the POS system for appointment deposits, pickups, and non-sales transactions • Track incoming and outgoing packages; sign for deliveries, organize shipments, and maintain records • Support inventory processes by assisting with receiving, tagging, logging, and organizing merchandise • Maintain an organized front desk area and assist with general store upkeep, such as tidying fitting rooms or ensuring the boutique is presentable • Process and track client documentation, forms, and follow-ups • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, printing, filing, and updating internal systems • Support opening and closing procedures as needed • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications • Previous receptionist, administrative, or client-service experience required; luxury, bridal, or boutique experience is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor • Excellent phone etiquette and comfort managing a high volume of calls • Experience with POS systems or similar digital platforms • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, appointment-driven environment • Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a supportive team • Leadership or supervisory experience is a bonus but not required This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, excels in customer communication, and wants to be part of a welcoming and supportive boutique environment.
