This role is 100% remote. It is required to hold a state license in any of our key states. Those states include: California, Georgia, Texas, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and/or Maryland. Compensation: This is a full-time, exempt, W2-salaried position. The base salary for this role ranges from $66,000–$73,000, with a bonus potential of $7,200 (with opportunity to exceed), bringing total compensation potential to $66,000–$101,000 annually. About the Role The Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time exempt position combining both recruitment responsibilities with direct clinical care as a therapist. In this role, you will help grow Expressable’s therapist workforce while delivering high-quality online speech therapy that empowers families and improves communication outcomes. You’ll serve as both a clinician and a strategic hiring partner conducting phone screens, advancing candidates through our pipeline, managing new hire preboarding, supporting employer branding efforts, and playing an active role in building an exceptional team of SLPs nationwide. Talent Acquisition Responsibilities: Attract, recruit, and source providers, conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate the qualifications and fit of potential candidates Manage candidate pipelines within our ATS/CRM, ensuring accurate data, scheduling, and communication Support recruitment strategies that elevate the provider candidate experience Execute the offer process and coordinate onboarding steps for new clinical hires Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to support social media recruiting, employer branding, and presence at conferences or industry events as needed Direct Clinical Care: Conduct evaluations and sessions with appropriate clinical caseload, flexibly with the needs of the organization Model clinical excellence and maintain updated knowledge of best practices in the field Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience Minimum 1 year talent acquisition experience Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work PST/MST timezone preferred not but required More About Expressable Expressable is an equal opportunity workplace.
