A precision metal stamping facility is hiring a Robotic Weld Operator to support automated welding and production work. The role includes operating robotic weld cells, performing MIG and TIG welding, and ensuring consistent, high quality welds. Reliability, safety, and attention to detail are key. Responsibilities • Operate robotic weld cells and assist with basic adjustments • Perform MIG and TIG welding • Monitor weld quality and perform cut and etch testing • Support welding and laser teams with daily jobs • Maintain accurate travelers, job sheets, and IPIs • Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures Requirements • MIG and TIG welding experience • Basic robotic welding knowledge • Comfortable with computers and documentation • Ability to follow detailed instructions • Manufacturing or welding experience preferred IND1 Job Type: Temp-to-hire Pay: From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
