Are you passionate about people, operations, and delivering exceptional staffing solutions? Join our team as an On-Site Account Manager, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth talent management and HR functions for one of our key clients. What You’ll Do As the On-Site Account Representative, you’ll be the go-to resource for both the client and temporary associates. Your responsibilities will include: Program Implementation • Launch and manage on-site staffing programs. • Support new account setup, including timelines, retention strategies, and SOP development. • Create Express handbooks and job descriptions. Employee Relations • Spend time on the floor building relationships and addressing concerns. • Conduct orientations, performance reviews, and exit interviews. • Handle counseling, compliance communication, and risk management claims. • Lead retention programs and facilitate ongoing training. Client & Vendor Relations • Build strong partnerships with client leadership and staffing vendors. • Coordinate job orders, pricing, and service reviews. • Track vendor performance and lead partner meetings. Program Management & Reporting • Manage payroll, invoicing, and reporting through SimpleVMS. • Track key metrics like turnover, fill rates, and retention. • Oversee safety programs and participate in safety committees.
