Inbound/Outbound Receiver Location: Vernon Hills Pay: $19–$21/hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Role: We are seeking reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Warehouse Operators to support both inbound and outbound logistics. This role focuses on pick/pack operations and ensures smooth warehouse flow. Key Responsibilities: • Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks • Maintain productivity targets and operational procedures • Ensure quality standards and workplace conduct policies are met • Operate equipment safely and efficiently (forklift experience preferred) • Use basic computer systems for inventory and order tracking Qualifications: • 2–3 years of warehouse experience required • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking • Basic computer skills • Forklift experience a plus • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Why Join Us: • Opportunity for growth and advancement • Supportive team environment • Be part of a global, expanding company 2️ Material Handler – Forklift Driver Location: Vernon Hills Shift: 1st Shift, 5:30 AM–1:30 PM Pay: $19–$21/hour (based on forklift experience) Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Position Summary: Supports the Distribution Center in shipping, receiving, packaging, and returns. This role requires hands-on forklift operation and attention to detail in handling parts and shipments. Key Responsibilities: • Inspect, sort, store, and perform data entry for inbound shipments and returns • Issue OS&D reports for non-compliant shipments • Pick and pack parts using shop order tags or RF handheld devices • Support shop order activity, Kan-Ban systems, and return-to-stock transactions • Transfer stock physically and electronically using RF guns/computer systems • Stage and load freight per carrier instructions • Operate Reach, Cherry Picker, Manup, Sitdown forklifts, Wav, and Walkie rider • Maintain safety and good housekeeping standards Required Education, Skills & Experience: • High School diploma or GED • Previous distribution/warehouse experience • Basic PC skills (inventory checks, data entry) • Forklift experience and proper use of hand tools required Preferred Skills: • Intermediate PC skills • Exposure to TQM’s and TS/QS 9000 • Knowledge of part numbers and names a plus Benefits Offered Upon Hire: • Paid time off & paid holidays • 401k plan • Health care benefits • Tuition reimbursement for educational advancement • Supportive, diverse team culture with employee groups and community outreach Job Type: Temp-to-hire Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: In person
