Job Title:General Laborer Location:Weslaco, TX Pay Rate:$10.25 per hour Schedule:Monday - Friday (schedule may vary based on workload) We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join a wood supply company in Weslaco, TX. This role involves assisting with the loading, unloading, and handling of wooden materials, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at all times. Responsibilities: Safely load and unload wooden materials, including finished products and raw materials. Inspect materials for quality and report defects to supervisors. Stack and secure materials to prevent damage during transport. Collect and prepare materials for orders, including palletizing for shipment. Organize and store materials efficiently in coordination with warehouse staff. Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Requirements & Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and safety.
