Warehouse Associate Starting Pay: $22/hr Available Shifts: • Morning Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM • Swing Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM Position Overview: We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our cold storage warehouse team. This role involves handling freight safely and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Safely load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack • Verify package counts and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality • Organize and prioritize inbound and outbound shipments • Securely stack and wrap pallets for transport • Work effectively in cold storage environments for extended periods • Be available for overtime and flexible scheduling during peak seasons Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a TSA background check • At least 6 months of warehouse experience • Forklift experience required; Push-Pull experience preferred • Experience handling perishable goods a plus • Ability to lift and push 35-80 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours per shift • Comfortable working in cold temperatures • Basic computer proficiency (email, web browsing, Outlook) • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Work Environment: • Freezer: 0-15°F • Cooler: 28-39°F • Loading Dock: 40-55°F
