Job Full Description Team Lead - Lamination Flow Cell (2nd Shift) Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM Pay: $27.00/hr Position Overview Team Lead - Lamination Flow Cell (2nd Shift) The Team Lead for the Lamination Flow Cell provides frontline leadership for a high-volume production area. This role guides a crew of 20-30 employees, ensures smooth workflow throughout the shift, monitors performance indicators, and maintains adherence to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is organized, confident in directing others, and experienced in manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Team Lead - Lamination Flow Cell (2nd Shift) • Facilitate daily shift huddles to review key priorities, production status, and any issues impacting the line. • Monitor production metrics and keep the team aligned with established output goals. • Distribute work assignments within the cell and adjust staffing based on line needs. • Address production issues promptly to keep processes uninterrupted. • Conduct quality checks, verify compliance requirements, and oversee corrective actions. • Complete various production records, logs, and related documentation accurately. • Provide coaching, skills training, and performance guidance to team members. • Maintain accountability for work quality, attendance, and adherence to procedures. • Communicate effectively with supervisors, technicians, and cross-functional partners. • Keep production leadership informed of progress, concerns, and any emerging challenges. Qualifications Team Lead - Lamination Flow Cell (2nd Shift) • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. • Prior experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production setting. • Strong leadership abilities, including directing workflow and holding team members accountable. • Skilled in problem resolution, communication, and coordinating multiple priorities. • Experience training or mentoring employees. • Military background is a plus.
