We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can juggle phone calls, emails, and face-to-face chats without breaking a sweat — and do it all with a friendly, problem-solving attitude. What You’ll Be Doing: • Take a bunch of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats — and make it all look easy • Help customers with anything they throw your way: product questions, prices, returns, status updates, complaints, and the occasional “Where’s my stuff?” • Explain product info like a pro (no salesy nonsense — just good, helpful facts) • Keep things organized: log issues, update records, and make sure your notes don’t look like ancient hieroglyphics • Build real relationships with customers — because friendly beats robotic every time • Handle problems calmly and know when to solve vs when to call in backup What You Bring to the Table: • You communicate clearly and listen like a champ • You’re good at multitasking and staying focused when things get busy • You handle tricky situations with grace — and maybe even a little humor • You work well alone but also play nice with others • You’re organized, professional, and always ready to help Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • On-the-job training • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
