Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher Pay: $22 per hour Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and personable Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily routes for technicians, communicating with customers, and providing excellent customer service over the phone. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage daily routes for up to 6 field technicians - Keep customers informed of technician arrival times and schedule updates - Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians accordingly - Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries professionally - Work closely with office staff to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications: - Previous customer service experience required - Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills - Computer savvy; experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus - Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Training: - On-the-job training provided with existing office personnel (Amy) Schedule: - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Dress Code: - Business casual - Company shirts will be provided upon hire Benefits: - 401(k) with 4% employer match - Paid holidays (6 days per year) Pre-Employment Requirements: - Drug screening required (5-panel, must be clean) - Background check required (no history of theft, fraud, violent crimes, sexual crimes, or assault) APPLY TODAY!!!
