Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction, Manage renewals, policy changes, and service issues with accuracy and urgency, Identify and act on cross-sell, upsell, and referral opportunities, Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing and documentation, Support walk-in clients and referral prospects with sales-focused consultations. Strong communication, sales, and client service skills Proficiency with Hawksoft, Agency Zoom, and carrier rating platforms preferred Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy. Manage and grow a book of business by building strong client relationships, handling renewals, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required) 2+ years in commercial and/or personal lines insurance HS required, college degree preferred. Licensed P and C Insurance required
