The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties to ensure efficient operations and deliver exceptional service to customers. Relevant experience is a MUST - at least 3 years of experience as a FOH in a high-end restaurant required. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the facility. • Supervise and lead staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and managing performance. • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers through marketing initiatives and promotions. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. • Manage finances, including overseeing budgets, ordering inventory, and tracking expenses. • Maintain accurate records of inventory, alcohol, and supplies, and ensure proper stock levels. • Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with sanitation standards as well as ownership standards. • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. • Develop policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability. • Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices to remain competitive. • Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective operation across departments. • Manage and develop the facility's social media program and private event business. • Perform any additional tasks as required by the employer. Qualifications • Proven experience, no less than 5 years, in managing operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and budgeting. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and profitability. • Knowledge of industry trends, safety regulations, and best practices. • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
