As a Travel Planning Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout the vacation planning process. You’ll help organize travel details, research options, and create well-structured itineraries tailored to client needs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy behind-the-scenes coordination and making things run smoothly. Responsibilities: Assist with research on destinations, accommodations, and activities Prepare travel quotes and suggested itineraries Enter and manage booking information in internal systems Support clients through email, phone, or chat communication Track deadlines, confirmations, and changes Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer proficiency (email, online forms, spreadsheets) Clear communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Interest in travel planning or customer support Set your own work hours Collaborative and supportive team environment Involvement in exciting travel projects and itineraries
