About The Role A strategic sales leadership opportunity to shape commercial growth and lead U.S. market expansion for a global leader in sealing technology. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of automotive innovation, partnering with OEM and Tier 1 clients to drive the future of both electrified and traditional mobility systems. Responsibilities • Define and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global business goals. • Drive revenue growth through targeted new business development and account expansion across OEM, Tier 1, and Commercial Vehicle customers. • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance KPIs across the U.S. market. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional sales team. • Foster a culture of ownership, performance, and continuous improvement. • Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain strategic relationships with major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. • Lead commercial negotiations and serve as senior point of contact for key accounts. • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. • Work cross-functionally with global engineering, R&D, and operations to deliver customer-focused solutions. • Report regularly to executive leadership on sales performance, risks, pipeline, and market intelligence. Requirements • Proven leadership experience in technical sales within the automotive Tier 1 or OEM ecosystem. • Strong knowledge of the U.S. automotive customer landscape, with experience managing large, complex accounts. • Background in sealing systems or related engineered components is highly preferred. • Ability to engage on technical topics and interpret engineering drawings. • Technical or engineering education preferred (mechanical, materials science, or automotive engineering). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
