Collaborate with UX, product, and technology teams to understand customer journeys and develop UX best practices.
5+ years experience preferred, expertise in design systems and Figma, ability to work with complex enterprise projects and aggressive milestones.
Role: UX Specialist Location: REMOTE, but must support 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT or ET working hours Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension/conversion Rate: $65/hr on W2 Skills • Needs individuals who have worked on complex enterprise projects • Working with aggressive milestones, so seasoned, proactive people will be needed • Experience managing dense multi-dimensional data (data tables) and making it intuitive • Possess fundamentals of research basics • Self-directed and drive things forward in ambiguous environments • Expertise in using a design system (Ethos), solution with existing parts, and thinking expansively • Atoms and molecules, patterns and components • Create complex UIs • Creation in design systems would be preferred; hands-on experience with design systems is required • Expertise in Figma Summary The UX Specialist II role collaborates with UX, product and technology partners to fully understand the customer journey, potential gaps, and opportunities according to their discipline in each user experience. This role builds and develops the UX team's knowledge and skill set and best practices.
