We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join ourUKG Ready Delivery Practice, with a focus onTimekeeping and related modules. What is UKG Ready? UKG Ready is a centralized, intuitive HCM solution tailored for small to mid-sized businesses. It streamlines HR, benefits, payroll, talent, time, and scheduling-empowering teams to be more productive, make faster, informed decisions, and foster a great workplace for all. Key Responsibilities • Implement the UKG Ready HCM solution, focusing onTimekeepingand related modules: • Attestation • Leave of Absence • Accruals • Expense Management • Advanced Scheduler • Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations. • Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations. • Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage. • Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. • Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).Required Skills & Experience • Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especiallyUKG Ready, with a focus onTimekeeping implementations. • Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment. • Solid understanding ofU.S. timekeeping compliance, including state-specific requirements and best practices. • Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly. • Comfortable working within structured project environments (discovery, build, test, go-live). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions. • Experience in training delivery and user support.
