Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Vendor Risk & Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Vendor Risk & Operations Manager Location:St Louis MO Pay Range:Best in the Segment on W2 What's the Job? • Lead operations and support functions across multiple business groups to drive strategic initiatives. • Ensure efficiency, quality, and risk alignment within supplier management and operational activities. • Collaborate with risk, oversight, and line of business partners to manage third-party vendor risk. • Contribute to supplier management strategies, governance programs, and process improvement initiatives. • Provide leadership, guidance, and project execution support for cross-functional teams. What's Needed? • 3+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, strategic planning, or risk management. • 3+ years of experience managing risk activities independently with accountability. • 4+ years of third-party/vendor risk management experience. • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Tableau experience preferred.
