Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services sector, is seeking a Release Manager to join their team. As a Release Manager, you will be part of the project delivery support team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing complex projects, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Release Manager Location:Kinston, NC - Onsite Pay Range What's the Job? • Lead the delivery and coordination of software releases across multiple streams and teams. • Manage interdependencies and ensure seamless integration of all application components. • Interface with global internal teams to secure platform readiness and guarantee quality end-user service delivery. • Drive the definition and execution of regular business releases to deliver coherent value. • Coordinate release management activities, including planning, scheduling, and impact analysis. What's Needed? • Proven experience in release management within Agile, SAFe, or waterfall methodologies. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of interacting with diverse teams and senior management. • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both IT and business language. • Ability to work onsite three times a week, with flexibility for travel as required. • Legal authorization to work in the United States, with visas such as H1B, PR, or Green Card accepted.
