Our client, a global leader in critical infrastructure and cybersecurity, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 3 to join their team. This role sits on theOT Cybersecurity team, which manages the security and reliability of their data centers. The Program Manager will lead and coordinate long-term, global projects that support both engineering and cybersecurity initiatives-things like credentials management, inventory systems, and automation of hardware password processes. Job Title: Program Manager Tech 3 Location: Remote Pay Range:$52/hr - $57/hr What's the Job? • Lead and support the implementation of global initiatives across multiple industrial sites. • Coordinate projects, develop workflows, and report on project status updates. • Engage with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and accountability. • Support deployment of ICS Inventory Management and hardware password automation solutions. • Ensure compliance with global OT cybersecurity standards and practices. What's Needed? • 5-7 years of relevant experience in program or project management within industrial or critical environments. • Strong understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI technologies. • Familiarity with OT cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443), and risk mitigation strategies. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to interpret and develop functional specifications and technical documentation.
