A company is looking for a Program Manager Non Tech 3. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans and overseeing integration of activities • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders • Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members while supporting their professional development Required Qualifications • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing cross-organizational programs, preferably in a technology environment • Proficiency in managing strategic projects, with experience in Azure and strong PowerPoint skills • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification is preferred • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Experience analyzing technology, resource needs, and market demand for project feasibility
