Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure support sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Infrastructure and Cloud Services Support team, supporting incident management and modernization projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive work ethic, independent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization. Program Manager 18 Month Contract Remote but must reside in Seattle, WA $50/hour What's the Job? • Collaborate with clients on both technical and business matters from project start to completion. • Manage project timelines and prepare comprehensive status updates. • Develop and review functional specifications to guide product or service implementation decisions. • Provide technical and analytical insights to product leadership for strategic decision-making. • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. What's Needed? • Strong technical understanding combined with excellent communication skills. • Experience in incident management, cloud infrastructure, and project coordination. • Proactive problem-solving and independent work capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. • Familiarity with Azure infrastructure projects and contractual commitments.
