Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a highly motivated IT Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IT Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the IT Department supporting various strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: IT Program Manager Location: Remote What's the Job? • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of multiple complex projects and programs utilizing business and information technology solutions. • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project goals, scope, and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Monitor project progress, evaluate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. • Establish and maintain project management standards, procedures, and best practices within the organization. What's Needed? • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study. • At least 3-5 years of experience in program or portfolio management, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects. • Certification as a PMP or PMP-ACP is required. • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Planview, Visio, and MS Office. • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across departments.
