Title – HR Project Coordinator Location: Deerfield, IL (Hybrid) Schedule: Typically 2 days onsite/week (can vary 1–3 days based on workload) Pay range- $38/hr- $40.50/hr Duration: 12 months Role Overview Execution‑focused HR Project Coordinator supporting an active HR Transformation program. The role partners with a Project Lead and GBS support team and is heavily involved in meeting coordination, detailed note‑taking, follow‑ups, metrics, dashboards, and leadership presentations. This is not a Technical PM role. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and run meetings/workshops; prepare agendas, take detailed notes, track actions, and drive follow‑ups Own execution metrics: RAID logs, status reports, milestones, dependencies Build and maintain leadership‑ready presentation decks (PowerPoint is critical) Handle EOD reporting and GBS build‑up tracking Support Workday‑driven HR transformation execution Use ServiceNow (GBS context) for coordination, tracking, and reporting Create/basic maintain dashboards (Power BI helpful but not mandatory) Work closely with senior leaders and present status clearly and confidently Must‑Have Skills Strong Workday experience (hands‑on or deep program exposure; Workday‑used companies accepted) ServiceNow experience (GBS / HRSD related) Proven HR transformation execution experience Excellent PowerPoint, storytelling, and presentation skills Strong project coordination skills (execution > strategy) Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior leadership Nice to Have Power BI exposure (helpful, not critical) Experience in GBS/shared services environments Regulated industry experience (plus, not required)
