Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant 3 to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant 3, you will be part of the Administrative Support Department supporting the executive office team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 3 Location:Redmond, WA Pay Range: What's the Job? • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Executive Office team, serving as a trusted backup and adapting seamlessly to shifting needs and timelines. • Manage calendar support for senior executives, including scheduling across multiple time zones and balancing urgent requests with long-term planning. • Coordinate and oversee office logistics such as procurement of supplies, hardware, assets, and facilities-related requests to ensure smooth operations. • Support and execute special assignments and ad-hoc projects with limited guidance and tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and discretion. • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across teams, embodying professionalism, collaboration, and tact in all interactions. What's Needed? • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and team support. • At least 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives such as CVP, CFO, or COO. • Experience working in the enterprise technology industry for a minimum of 3 years. • Proficiency in intermediate Excel skills, including creating reports and pivot tables. • Strong ability to navigate confidential environments and manage sensitive information with discretion.
