Title: Executive Administrative Assistant Location: Fully remote Duration: 4 Months Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Standard business hours Pay Rate Range: $33.29 - $35per hour Candidate Requirements Disqualifiers Candidates will not be considered if they: • Have less than 5-7 years of Executive Administrative Assistant experience • Cannot meet core executive-level calendaring requirements Ideal Candidate Profile (Best vs. Average) Strong candidates will demonstrate: • Advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office tools • Proven experience providing executive-level calendaring support Nice to Have: • Experience managing SharePoint pages • Background in communications Role Summary The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical and coordination functions. This role acts as an information and communication manager for executive leadership. Key Responsibilities • Perform general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining records systems, and basic bookkeeping • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports • Review and analyse incoming communications to determine priority and distribution • Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for committee, board, and executive meetings Required Skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Strong attention to organization and confidentiality • Basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive feedback • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Education & Experience • High School Diploma or GED required • 5-7 years of relevant experience required • Experience supporting executives is highly preferred If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
