What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding electric vehicle technical issues via phone and email. - You will diagnose and troubleshoot EV-related problems using provided tools and resources. - You will guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve their concerns. - You will document all interactions and technical issues accurately in the customer service database. - You will collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and follow up on resolutions. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of EV technologies and company products. - You will provide feedback to improve service processes and customer experience. - You will adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in technical customer service or call center roles, preferably in the automotive or EV industry. - Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems and components. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly. - Proficiency with customer service software and remote communication tools. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote call center environment. - Technical certification related to electric vehicles or automotive technology. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other widely spoken languages. - Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry best practices.
