Role Overview: As an EV Technical Service Agent, you will be the frontline support for customers using electric vehicles, providing expert assistance and resolving technical issues remotely. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of service expected by our client. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and digital channels, providing clear and accurate technical support. - You will troubleshoot and resolve a variety of electric vehicle-related issues, guiding customers through diagnostic and repair processes. - You will document all customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the company’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. - You will stay updated on the latest EV technologies and product updates to provide informed assistance. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common issues and customer concerns. - You will maintain a professional and empathetic communication style to enhance customer experience. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in technical customer support, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry. - Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems and components. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues remotely. - Proficient in using CRM software and remote support tools. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
