Our client, a leading organization in thecommercial vehicle manufacturing sector in North America, is seeking a dedicated eLearning Developer & LMS Content Specialist to join their team. As an eLearning Developer & LMS Content Specialist, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting the organization's training initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, technical proficiency, and a passion for impactful learning solutions, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: eLearning Developer & LMS Content Specialist: Location: Portland, OR (Onsite) Pay Range:$27-31/hr. What's the Job? • Design, script, and develop engaging eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Review 360. • Create interactive content such as branching scenarios, assessments, simulations, and microlearning assets. • Translate subject matter expert content, process documentation, and business objectives into high-quality instructional materials. • Publish SCORM 1.2/2004 and xAPI packages optimized for Workday Learning, configuring learning paths and troubleshooting LMS issues. • Ensure all modules meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and conduct QA testing across browsers and devices for functionality and responsiveness. What's Needed? • Bachelor's degree, in a relevant subject preferred, with 1-2 years' experience, or high school diploma/GED with 3-5 years' experience • 2 or more years ofof eLearning development experience, working within an LMS, and working with technical teams • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Review 360 for eLearning development. • Hands-on experience publishing and managing content within Workday Learning or similar LMS platforms. • Strong multimedia production skills, including audio editing, screen recording, and graphic manipulation.
