This hybrid role combines onsite and remote work, offering a dynamic environment where you will support order management, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth resolution of complaints. What You'll Do: - You will manage the entire lead-to-cash process including quotes, orders, and complaint resolution. - You will monitor and resolve issues related to blocked orders and backorders to maintain customer satisfaction. - You will utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and update order statuses. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. - You will communicate proactively with customers to provide updates and resolve concerns. - You will assist in training and onboarding new team members during the training period. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer orders and service activities. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or order management roles. - Proficiency with CRM software and order management systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Flexibility to work hybrid schedule as outlined (training and post-training hours).
