What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or order management roles. - Proficiency with CRM software and order management systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Flexibility to work hybrid schedule as outlined (training and post-training hours).
