What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or order management roles. - Proficiency with CRM software and order management systems. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. - High attention to detail and organizational skills.
