This hybrid position offers a dynamic work environment where you will support order management, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. What You'll Do: - You will manage the entire order lifecycle, including quotes, order entry, and complaint resolution. - You will monitor and address blocked orders and backorders to maintain timely delivery. - You will utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and update order statuses. - You will collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order-related issues. - You will provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will assist in training and onboarding new team members during the training period. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or order management roles. - Proficiency with CRM software and order management systems. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. - High attention to detail and organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in lead-to-cash processes within a sales or logistics environment. - Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote work setting. - Additional language skills beyond English.
