What You'll Do: - You will manage the Lead-to-Cash process, including handling quotes, orders, and customer complaints. - You will monitor and resolve issues related to blocked orders and backorders to maintain smooth order flow. - You will maintain accurate records in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and accessibility. - You will collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve customer inquiries promptly. - You will provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and delivery schedules. - You will assist in training and onboarding new team members during the training period. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all customer interactions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or order management roles. - Proficiency with CRM software and order management systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility in schedule. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
