Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team. As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of the Corporate Communications Department supporting internal communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Communications Specialist Location: Remote (within US, EST or PST hours) Pay Range:$45 - $49/hr on W2 What's the Job? • Develop, write, and edit high-quality internal content that reflects corporate tone, voice, and priorities. • Support internal strategic communications plans across platforms such as email, SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to craft timely, effective internal communications. • Manage multiple concurrent communication workstreams and projects, ensuring timely and coordinated execution. • Translate complex topics into clear, compelling content that resonates with diverse internal audiences. What's Needed? • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably within the tech industry. • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of content. • Proven ability to build and execute internal communications strategies and plans. • Proficiency managing SharePoint intranet content and structure, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.
