Our client, a leading organization in the technology and operations sector, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain Operations Management department supporting inventory management, data accuracy, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Analyst 3 Location: Remote Pay Range: $33- $37/hr on W2 What's the Job? • Manage inventory reconciliation and data quality improvement projects. • Support streamlined processes following major system releases. • Collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy and system integration. • Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights. • Assist in maintaining vendor relationships and project documentation. What's Needed? • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field. • 5-7 years of experience with inventory management and reconciliation. • 5-7 years of experience with data quality and reporting. • 2-3 years of experience with understanding supply chain processes and execution workflows. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and enterprise applications.
