Our client,is seeking a BI/HRIS Analyst to join their team in the Dallas/ Ft Worth Area. As a BI HRIS Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources team supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: BI HRIS Specialist Location: Dallas, Texas( hybrid 3 days onsite) Pay Range: $55 – $60/hr What's the Job? • Designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models using IBM Cognos Analytics software. • Collaborating with HR and other business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective BI solutions. • Analyzing HR data flows to identify process improvement opportunities and provide data-driven insights. • Utilizing Cognos tools like Framework Manager, Report Studio, and Query Studio to access, transform, and visualize data from various sources within HCM and HRIS. • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting solutions. What's Needed? • 3+ years of Business Intelligence experience. • 5+ years HRIS/HCM experience. • Strong understanding of Cognos Analytics and related tools (Framework Manager, Report Studio, Query Studio). • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.
