Our client, a leading organization in the technology and corporate support sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 4 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 4, you will be part of the Business Support department supporting executive leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Administrative Assistant 4 Location: Redmond, WA What's the Job? • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management and scheduling. • Coordinate and prepare agendas for meetings, including logistics and material distribution. • Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for executives and teams. • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires, vendors, and interns. • Plan and execute morale and team-building events, ensuring seamless logistics and follow-up. What's Needed? • Minimum of 8-10 years of demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
