Full Description

Description: • Drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction at Home Depot and Lowe's across assigned territory representing Larson, Therma-Tru, and Fiberon • Train, coach, and drive sales across Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales departments • Manage account relationships and provide support for the full product portfolio • Visit stores regularly to build relationships, provide product knowledge/train staff, ensure displays/signage/pricing accuracy • Partner with Pro Sales teams and distributor reps and assist In-Home Sales Consultants • Plan travel effectively (25-40% overnight travel) and resolve customer claims • Provide feedback to marketing/product teams and recommend assortment changes Requirements: • 1+ years of sales experience • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong communication skills and enjoys talking with people and building long-lasting relationships • Ability to prioritize competing tasks, create action plans, and follow through to completion • Coursework or college degree in business, sales, or similar field of study (nice to have) • Field sales experience (nice to have) • Understanding of sales process and cycle (nice to have) • Background in the building materials industry (nice to have) • Familiarity working with any CRM platform (nice to have) Benefits: • comprehensive, competitive benefits that prioritize all aspects of wellbeing and provide flexibility for our teammates’ unique needs • robust health plans • a market-leading 401(k) program with a company contribution • product discounts • flexible time off benefits (including half-day summer Fridays per policy) • inclusive fertility / adoption benefits • Employee Resource Groups to support inclusivity and belonging
