Job Description Experian is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager with expertise in consumer-facing digital mortgage solutions to support our rapidly growing Experian Housing and Verification Business. In this role, you will design and drive the roadmap for innovative products that will enhance Experian's D2C experience that empower consumers to better understand, manage, and optimize their mortgage experience. You will bring a deep understanding of the consumer mortgage lifecycle, digital engagement strategies, and data-driven personalization. You will work with complex datasets—including mortgage loan-level data, credit data, property data and behavioral insights—to develop intuitive, transparent, and empowering solutions for consumers. The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience in consumer digital products, a passion for financial wellness, and a track record of delivering impactful consumer solutions. You will report to the Senior Product Director, Innovation, Experian Mortgage. Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer mortgage solutions, including tools for mortgage education, servicing transparency, and financial wellness that can be delivered in B2B2C or D2C experience. Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to identify unmet consumer needs and inform product decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, legal, and data science teams to deliver high-impact consumer products. Partner closely with Experian's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team to align on consumer engagement strategies, leverage shared insights, and ensure cohesive product experiences across channels. Data-Driven Personalization: Leverage Experian's data assets to personalize consumer experiences, improve engagement, and drive retention. Regulatory & Privacy Compliance: Ensure products meet consumer data privacy standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FCRA, CFPB). Performance Optimization: Monitor product KPIs (e.g., NPS, engagement, conversion) and iterate based on consumer feedback and analytics. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in consumer digital products, FinTech, or mortgage-related platforms. Technical Skills: Familiarity with consumer analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude), A/B testing, and Agile development. SQL and Python. Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering consumer-centric solutions. Communication: Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex mortgage concepts into simple, engaging consumer experiences. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of mortgage finance, servicing, and consumer credit. Experience with digital platforms in housing or financial wellness. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
