5+ years in professional development or sales leadership, experience with virtual and in-person training, strong communication and stakeholder management, and familiarity with design tools.
Description: • Design and deliver engaging, learner-centered sales training programs to build core sales skills, product knowledge, and customer acumen • Facilitate onboarding for early-career sales roles (Business Development Representatives, Client Support Specialists) and create scalable frameworks to reduce ramp time • Partner with Sales and Client Support leaders to align training to business needs and role-specific success metrics • Continuously assess skill gaps and performance trends to evolve training content and delivery methods • Own the strategy, structure, and execution of the Sales Rotational Program across sales functions, geographies, and customer segments • Collaborate with senior sales leaders to identify rotation assignments and stretch projects • Manage program logistics including onboarding, rotation planning, mentorship pairings, and performance tracking • Serve as primary point of contact for participants, mentors, and business leaders; foster engagement and alignment • Track KPIs such as retention, promotion rates, ramp time, and satisfaction; provide updates to executive sponsors and HR leadership • Champion innovation in learning by exploring new tools, platforms, and methodologies Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in professional development, B2B sales, sales leadership, change management, and instructional design • Proven ability to translate business needs into creative learning solutions that drive measurable outcomes • Experience in developing and delivering training programs in both virtual and in-person environments • Demonstrated leadership qualities; ability to inspire, coach, and influence others • Strong storytelling and visual design skills; familiarity with Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar • Comfortable analyzing data, measuring performance, and assessing the impact of development interventions • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority Benefits: • Great compensation package and bonus plan • Variable pay opportunity • Core benefits including full medical, dental, and vision • Matching 401K • Fully remote environment • Flexible Time Off: 15 Days • Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidays • Professional development and learning opportunities • Wellness, reward and recognition, and volunteering programs
