Learn more at experianplc.com. Job Description Experian Marketing Services is looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist with a foundation in B2B reporting, analytics, and performance measurement. You have experience turning marketing data into applicable insights, driving strategic decision-making, and optimizing the full marketing funnel in partnership with Sales. Your work will directly influence revenue growth, improve marketing efficiency, and strengthen understanding between Marketing and Sales. You will report to the Marketing Chief of Staff for this position. Responsibilities You will automate reports and dashboards to deliver clear, relevant insights for business partners. You will analyze important marketing metrics (traffic, conversions, acquisition, Return on investment, pipeline impact, internal enablement) to evaluate and optimize campaign performance. You will analyze the customer journey lifecycle to identify bottlenecks, improve funnel efficiency, and recommend strategies for higher conversion. You will conduct advanced analytics on account segmentation, coverage, whitespace, and multi-touch strategies. You will identify and apply AI use cases to automate analysis, uncover hidden patterns, and communicate insights. You will deliver data-driven insights on campaign performance, audience activation, and product/partner marketing effectiveness. You will ensure accuracy, quality control, and scalability across analytics, reporting, and data systems. You will support campaign planning with reliable projections, benchmarks, and budget recommendations. You will develop forecasts and performance models using historical data and projected spend. You will collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to align analytics with goals and revenue growth strategies. You will manage and refine the reporting portfolio, and build/automate data pipelines and datasets for ad hoc analysis independently or in partnership with central data teams. Qualifications 3+ years in marketing analytics, business analytics, or marketing operations (B2B preferred). Bachelor's degree in marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Experience with the B2B marketing funnel (awareness, demand generation, lead nurturing, pipeline, revenue impact). Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Excel, Salesforce) and familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar).
